Ken brings more than three decades of active experience managing large-scale, complex projects within the marine industry, where he continues to lead major international incentives as an owner's representative and superyacht project manager. Running two demanding business operations simultaneously has only sharpened what was already a precise discipline: delivering on time, on scope, and fully accountable to results. He knows exactly what disciplined project delivery looks like, and what it costs businesses when it's missing.

After relocating from the U.S.A. to the Philippines, Ken saw an opportunity that was hard to ignore. A connection within the local academic community opened a door to what those of us close to the region already knew: the Philippines is producing a generation of exceptionally talented, motivated, and technically capable graduates; ready to work on challenging problems for global clients.
